AFFIRM and Isofoton provide solar energy to electric cars

AFFIRM ENERGY and Isofoton are participating actively in the development of future battery charging stations for electric cars, which will be disseminated in Spain in a relatively short time. The project endorsed by INNPACTO research program that being developed in association with ADIF as main shareholder. Ferrolineras work using the energy generated by braking of the train and pulled the post from their power lines, made up of photovoltaic modules.

The clear benefit of the project is the location of Ferrolineras near the railway tracks, which usually coincides with the routes of major roads, thus being able to guarantee delivery anywhere in the country. The Ferrolineras, as well as Fotolineras, will be covered by canopies on which you will install the solar modules with an intelligent tracker will maximize system performance. The panels are based on technology that Isofoton has developed in its 30 years of activity. By contrast, the pursuers will be designed specifically for this project and the novelty is that fit into the shelter. The energy generated will serve as a support system to supply the fast charge current and align the path of the Spanish rail system.

This project is totally new and already adapting to the needs of foreign markets, in light of the interest that was manifested by the authorities of the AFFIRM GROUP in the different countries and the possibilities it offers to be replicated in other parts of the country.
