Solar golf bride

The fight over green field on which the challenges are already a message that golf can be a sport "green" in name and fact. The green is not so new to golf lovers, but it is certainly a new plant built in the club: 190KWp guaranteeing autonomy to the structure in every respect: irrigation of the fields to the charging of golf carts and trolleys with electricity.

With incentives, the photovoltaic is worthwhile in the Aosta Valley.
The plant is the largest PV project installed in a structure like that in our country and has been operated by Upsolar Italy, a company that has joined the "Committed to Green", a circuit through which the Italian Golf Federation aims to promote renewable energy and sustainable choices, walking on the road to sustainability and attention to policies that take into account environmental protection.

The photovoltaic system put into operation in the Serra Golf Club of Valencia in the fall of Alexandria Upsolar will help create the conditions for sustainable development in all areas of life, and particularly the world of golf. Giuseppe D'Elia, Italy Country Manager Upsolar, Adnkronos explains that the goal is to export the Italian experience in other European nations and then the rest of the world.

To Alexandria is not the first example of a combination of sports and environmental protection: we have recently talked of the photovoltaic plant to be built on the roof of the stadium Sambenedettese, Abruzzo team that plays in the championship series D and calcium solar power is already entered in the life of Bentegodi, the stadium where they play Udinese (Serie A) and Hellas Verona (newly promoted to Serie B). Now the project of a golf course, thanks to a stand-alone photovoltaic system confirms the trend towards "green" of the sport made in Italy.
